Highland Lake Association:
What We Do
Questions:
Why should I support the HLA?
Where do my Donation Dollars to HLA go?
What benefits do I get for my money? What's in it for me?
Answers:
According to a study conducted by the University of Maine, North American recreational lakes that are managed and protected by a strong lake association support real estate property values that are thirty to forty percent higher than on similar unmanaged recreational lakes.
A strong Lake Association has programs and activities vital to the protection, maintenance and continued improvement of Highland Lake. This benefits all lake residents, making our Highland Lake an attractive, better place to live, for current and future generations.
As an All-Volunteer non-profit organization, 100% of your annual donation goes to work in implementing the Mission and Programs of the HLA.
