Boat Launch on the Lake
The Hand Carry Boat Launch (for canoes, kayaks, SUPS) is located off Lowell Farm Road in Falmouth.
Please help us keep our lake free of invasive aquatic plant life. Clean your boat before you float! Remove all plant fragments from boats, trailers, bait buckets, and anchors. Be sure your boat is free of any invasive aquatic plant species before launching. Even a small dried up fragment of some plants can trigger an aquatic invasion.
Fishing: License, Bait
Fishing License
A valid Maine fishing license is required for anyone 16 years of age or older, to fish in inland waters or transport fish taken from inland waters.

Well Water Testing
Clean, potable, plentiful water is a precious resource.
Most properties around the lake rely on individual wells as a water source.
the State of Maine offers Well Water Test Kits to evaluate your well water quality, available here
If you are seeking advice related to specific/defined water quality issues, (such as odors, colors, ill effects, etc.), please contact 207-287-1716
